It’s that time of year again; time to start planning your spring gardening! Seed fundraisers are always some of our most popular spring sales, but, like everything else, they look a little different this year. This blog is to provide you with all the information you need about fundraising with seeds in 2021.
What’s up with seeds this year?
Most people are still spending most of their time at home, making gardening more popular than ever. The popularity of seeds combined with reduced staffing and safety measures implemented by seed suppliers has reduced the ability of suppliers to take and fill orders.
Can I still do a seed fundraiser?
YES! You can still sell seeds this year. The number of options may be reduced but the quality is as high as ever. Seed campaigns are still very popular, and customers are more excited than ever to purchase seeds.
Can I use my own supplier?
Yes, if you have a local seed supplier you are planning on fundraising with, we can help get their items on the platform. You can use all of the platform tools to sell the items from your preferred business.
Can I sell other products?
Absolutely. The FarmRaiser platform has hundreds of products that can be added to your fundraising market. You can use these items to supplement a seed campaign or you can create a market made entirely of these awesome product options. Contact your Cultivator if you’re looking for suggestions.
